NO pets, candles or smoking in your room.  ( Smoking out of doors is permissible as long as windows and doors are closed).  There will be an automatic $300 charge to your credit card for ignoring this policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable if your cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to your planned arrival, minus a $25 service fee.  Within the seven days, a cancellation may result in your deposit being retained and charges for all other reserved nights being applied to your credit card if we are unable to re-rent your room. 

Holidays :
Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving and New Year's require a cancellation period of three (3) weeks prior to your planned arrival date.   Charges for your dinner reservation will be included as well.

Minors and extra person charge at Orchard Hill Country Inn:
All rooms at Orchard Hill accommodate two persons.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Children ages 11 years and younger must share a room with an adult.  Children under the age of 8 years cannot be accommodated in lodge rooms. 

Two children above the ages of 12 years old may occupy any room provided a relative is booked into an adjacent room.
