As is customary, we will gather at the Straube's Eastwood Creek Ranch to toast the next-to-the-last sunset of the year. Plan to check-in at Orchard Hill in plenty of time to settle in before taking the short five minute drive to Darrell and Pat's place. Dress is casual, comfortable and warm.
Hors d'oeuvres will be ample and hearty.

Wednesday, December 31

Breakfast:

Begin the countdown with breakfast served from

8:30 am - 10:00 am in our dining room. 

Hors d'oeuvres:

Tasty nibbles will be served in the Great Room from

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm.  

Dinner and Party:

Dinner guests will begin sitting at 7:00 p.m. Tables for two are the usual first come, first choice of tables. Table settings for three or more are assigned. We are offering a wine pairing at $80.00 per couple to enhance our fabulous dinner. Please call in advance with any dietary requests and to request the wine pairing.

For the ninth consecutive year C.C. Sanders will direct the entertainment. Silly hats and noise makers will be passed out along with champagne beginning at 11:30 pm.

without incurring the full cost of your complete
reservation including dinner if we
are unable to resell your room.
