Arrangements:
The following arrangements are for a Saturday wedding ceremony and is for a two-night stay. This accommodates the ultimate experience by providing a relaxing, stress free time to visit with your closest friends and family members.

The Wedding Day - will take place Saturday at the time you desire
For you - two nights in our deluxe Cortland Suite
For your family and guests - 21 rooms for two nights that can accommodate 44 persons, limit of two guests per room, save two room that accommodate three persons
Date of arrival - afternoon gathering with hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner to follow
A full breakfast buffet both days
A picnic lunch in a Orchard Hill keepsake totebag for all your guests on Saturday or Sunday

Wedding Day :

The ceremony will take place in either The Lodge in front of the fireplace with your family and friends gathered around you or out-of-doors in a garden setting in front of a floral entwined arched trellis. White chairs will accommodate your guests in this lovely garden setting. Iced lemonade or Julian cider will be served to your gathering party as music is provided by the harp or guitar.

After the ceremony your guests will gather in the Lodge for a host bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres while photos are taken. The ceremonial music will be enjoyed in the Lodge during this time and later replaced by a tradition of long-standing at Orchard Hill, music and entertainment virtuoso, C C Saunders.

Once you have joined your guests in the Lodge after hors d'ouevres, you will be seated in our dining room for a flavorful, four-course dinner prepared by our Chef. The dining room table linens and floral centerpieces will coordinate, and your custom designed wedding cake will be staged front and center. A champagne toast at a time of your choosing and special wines are available to enhance your superb dinner.
