New Year’s “Eve of the Eve” traditional menu: Chef Doris’ fabulous seafood gumbo, mac & cheese with crispy Panko topping, fall pumpkin cake with caramel sauce, selected local wines included in package price

Friday, December 31st

Hors d’ oeuvres served from 4PM-5:30PM.

Dinner at 8PM, signature cocktail served upon arrival (included in package price)

Seafood Buffet

  • Jumbo shrimp- extravaganza: marinated and special sauces 
  • Oysters served with cold vodka shots

Traditional buffet

  • Grilled lamb chops 
  • Sliced tenderloin
